Grieg holds an MFA from Goldsmiths College, London (1999-2000), and a diploma in Fine Art from Bergen Art Academy (KHIB), Norway (1994-1998). During her years at KHIB she also studied at Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weissensee, Berlin during 1996-1997. She took her foundation at Kunstskolen i Rogaland (1993-1994) and Kunstskolen i Bergen (1992-1993).
Lived and worked in London from 1999-2005, and was based for several years at the Trade Apartment in Brixton. She had her first solo show in 1999, and have since then exhibited in Norway, Sweden, Ireland, England and Serbia.
In 2012 she formed the artist group InEpic in collaboration with artists Bo Magnus and
Gitte Sætre. All artists presents their own artistry, and invites to dialogue through collaborations with others. InEpic has recently shown their exhibition series in which the smallest gesture becomes epic at GaleriaXX1 in Warszaw, and at BC Gallery as part of the Kochi-Muziris Biennales collateral program.
